Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Software Sales Professional to drive business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales for our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software/IT sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and propose effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and present tailored software solutions to meet their business goals.
- Deliver product presentations, demos, and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to enhance client engagement.
- Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular reports/forecasts to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in software/IT sales (B2B preferred).
- Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS, or enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
