Job Summary:

Clares Software Services is seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives to join its sales team. In the initial phase, this role will focus on selling Zoho solutions across CRM, Projects, People, and other Zoho One application. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospects generated through marketing campaigns, qualifying leads, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. The Sales Executive must also generate own lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Should be an aggressive salesperson with the capability to close deals independently.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations, primarily focused on Zoho solutions like Zoho CRM, Zoho HRMS, Zoho Projects etc.
  • Qualify leads using structured methods and progress them through the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM and provide regular sales forecasts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure customer success.
  • Stay updated on Zoho product capabilities, competition, and industry trends.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • An excellent educational career in science, technology or commerce from a college of repute.
  • At least 3 years of successful experience in software sales or solution selling, which can be demonstrated. Or validated.
  • Familiarity with Zoho products & eco-system will be an added advantage

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient.
  • Capable of working independently and in a team setup.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Negotiation and persuasion ability with a customer-first approach.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
