Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage B2B collection process from order to cash, ensuring timely payment collection and credit control.
  • Oversee collections process, including outstanding debt management, OTC reconciliation, and customer communication.
  • Analyze financial data using tools like Ar Collection, Collections Process, Payment Collection, Credit Collection to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Reconcile account balances and prepare reports on the status of accounts.
  • Assist in reconciling discrepancies and resolve client payment issues.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in B2B collection or a similar role in the furniture & furnishing industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, budgeting techniques, cost accounting methods.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel; knowledge of ERP systems an added advantage.
