Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • At least 12 years of experience in hosting administration
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of applications and services hosted in the environment
  • In-depth experience with two or more Web Servers: Apache Server, Apache Tomcat, Nginx, IIS
  • Knowledge and experience with any of the database management: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MS SQL Server
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Kubernetes/OCP)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes

Nice to Have:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Implement and manage containerization using Redhat OpenShift

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure will be plus

Expertise in DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Ansible

Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, or PowerShell

Familiarity with agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence

ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience
