Position Overview:
The B2C Marketing Assistant Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and executing marketing plans for the organization and our clients. The marketing efforts would include building a B2C brand to attract candidates who are interested in pursuing a Master’s degree abroad through online and in-person events. You will play a pivotal role in shaping SEED's and our clients’ image and ensuring consistent messaging across various channels.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across channels, content creation for various social media platforms, performance monitoring with analysis of campaign effectiveness, social media along with brand management, support digital marketing activities and enhancing brand awareness with apt promotions.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Execution: Assist in planning and executing B2C marketing campaigns across various channels like media partners, influencers, content creators, including social media, email, and digital advertising. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand objectives and target audience needs.
Content Creation and Coordination: Support the development of content (blog posts, social media updates, promotional materials) tailored to the consumer audience. Coordinate with design and content teams to produce high-quality, engaging materials that drive consumer engagement.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track the performance of B2C marketing initiatives using analytics tools. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the effectiveness of campaigns, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Social Media Management: Assist in managing the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent and timely posting of relevant content. Engage with the online community, responding to comments and inquiries to enhance brand reputation.
Digital Marketing Support: Support digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing, ensuring alignment with broader B2C strategies. Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns to optimize reach and return on investment.
Brand Promotion and Awareness: Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and consumer touchpoints. Contribute to initiatives that enhance brand awareness and loyalty among the target audience.
Requirements:
Canva expert - For creating static images and video edits
Bachelor’s in Management Studies/ Mass Media/ Business Administration with specialization in Marketing. Master’s degree will be a plus but not mandatory.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking skills
Self- Initiator/Proactive
