Overview

We are looking for highly skilled GenAI Full Stack Engineers who are passionate about building, deploying, and scaling AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, modern AI/GenAI frameworks, and large language models (LLMs), combined with a solid foundation in full-stack development, MLOps, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable GenAI solutions across diverse domains.
  • Implement, fine-tune, and manage Large Language Models (LLMs) to support real-world applications.
  • Build and maintain robust APIs using FastAPI for AI-driven systems.
  • Work with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy) to preprocess, transform, and optimize data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production-ready applications.
  • Apply MLOps practices to automate model deployment, monitoring, and retraining workflows.
  • Ensure software quality through unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews.
  • Manage infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, and cloud-native services.
  • Contribute to architectural design, scalability planning, and system security.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong focus on AI/GenAI.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with major AI/GenAI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Hands-on experience with LLM implementation, fine-tuning, and management.
  • Strong knowledge of FastAPI for API development.
  • Solid understanding of data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
  • Proven expertise in MLOps, ML Engineering, and Data Science workflows.
  • Proficiency with DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and advanced automation practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
  • Knowledge of software engineering principles, Git version control, and automated testing frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Exposure to vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI application design patterns.
  • Previous work in enterprise-scale AI applications or production-grade deployments.
