We are a rapidly growing SaaS company building next-generation AI-powered chatbot solutions for businesses across multiple industries. Our platform integrates with popular channels like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), WhatsApp, and other social media platforms to deliver seamless customer engagement experiences.

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building high-performing, scalable SaaS applications with modern technologies, advanced chatbot integrations, and AI-driven features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Stack Development:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS applications using (backend), (frontend), and SQL Server (database).

  • Chatbot & AI Integrations:

Implement AI-powered chatbots and integrate them with Meta, Instagram, and other social media APIs.
Work on real-time messaging workflows, NLP-based AI bots, and third-party integrations.

  • Architecture & Performance:

Design modular and efficient system architectures with a focus on performance, scalability, and security for multi-tenant SaaS environments.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps engineers.

  • Quality & Security:

Follow best practices for coding, testing, and securing SaaS applications in a controlled remote work environment with structured access policies.

  • Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, chatbots, full-stack technologies, and SaaS architectures to bring innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Core Expertise:
  • Frontend: , Redux, TypeScript, modern UI frameworks.
  • Backend: , , REST APIs, WebSockets.
  • Database: SQL Server, database optimization, query performance tuning.
  • AI & Chatbot Experience:
  • Hands-on experience with chatbot platforms (Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress, or custom AI chatbot solutions).
  • Knowledge of LLMs (OpenAI, LangChain) and RAG-based chatbot architectures is a plus.
  • Integration with Meta (Facebook, Instagram) APIs, WhatsApp Business APIs, and other social media platforms.
  • Cloud & DevOps:

Experience with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment

  • Security & Compliance:

Familiarity with best practices for securing APIs, SaaS applications, and sensitive data handling.

  • Soft Skills:

Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to work independently in a structured remote environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience with at least 2+ years in SaaS and AI Chatbot projects.
  • Proven experience delivering production-grade SaaS applications with integrations and real-time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹75,000.00 per month
