SOFT7 Technology is a software solutions company based in Nagpur, Maharashtra. We specialize in WhatsApp APIs, CRM software, business automation tools, and digital growth solutions. We are building an advanced SaaS-based CRM platform integrated with the WhatsApp Business API and are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the project.

Project Overview

We are developing a robust and scalable CRM platform with:

  • WhatsApp API integration for messaging, automation, and chatbot features
  • Multi-user CRM with role-based access, reporting, and analytics
  • Third-party API integration for marketing and communication tools
  • Secure payment integration for subscription-based billing
  • Cloud deployment with high availability and scalability

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of the CRM platform with WhatsApp API integration
  • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance back-end and front-end systems
  • Mentor and guide junior developers and ensure best coding practices
  • Integrate WhatsApp Business API and real-time communication (WebSocket, Socket.IO)
  • Oversee database design and optimization (MySQL, MongoDB)
  • Implement advanced security protocols (JWT, OAuth2, SSL/TLS)
  • Collaborate with UI/UX team for a seamless customer experience
  • Ensure smooth deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean)
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and code reviews to meet project goals

Required Technical Skills

  • Frontend: JavaScript (ES6+), / / Angular, HTML5, CSS3
  • Backend: , PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter),
  • Database: MySQL, MongoDB
  • APIs & Integrations: WhatsApp Business API, REST APIs, WebSocket, third-party APIs
  • Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/DigitalOcean, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
  • Security: Authentication & authorization standards (JWT, OAuth2), encryption, compliance best practices
  • Additional Advantage: SaaS architecture, microservices, Stripe/Razorpay integration, Redis, GraphQL

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Strong track record of leading development of SaaS or CRM platforms
  • Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API or similar messaging APIs
  • Experience working with agile methodology and managing project lifecycles
  • Ability to take ownership, solve complex problems, and deliver within deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Contract Details

  • Type: Project-Based (Estimated 3–6 months, extendable)
  • Mode: Remote / Hybrid (Nagpur preferred for occasional meetings)
  • Budget: Premium/Competitive (based on seniority and experience)
