The Team Leadwill be part of an agile development team building and working onenterprise grade software systems built using the Microsoft .NETStack. The Team Lead will provide technical and team leadershipthrough coaching and mentorship. The Team Lead will help in sprintplanning daily standups retrospectives and postmortem meetings.Additional responsibilities will include architecture design codereviews and continuous education of theteam.

The ideal candidate will have aproven track record of leading teams to a final product possess apassion for Microsoft technologies as well as be courageous indefending quality over quickdelivery.

Responsibilities

Create and integrate features forour enterprise SAAS software solution using the latest .NETtechnologiesActive participation throughoutthe development lifecycleEvaluate andintegrate latest technologies and third partylibraries/APIsCommunicate with team members toclarify requirements and overcome obstacles to meet the team goals.Leverage open source and other technologiesand languages outside of the .NET framework should the need ariseand autonomously be able to make use of thosedecisions.Provide troubleshooting and rootcause analysis for production issues that are escalated to theengineering team.Actively participate indaily code reviews.Mentor less experienceddevelopers.Requirements

5years experience

as a softwaredeveloperProficient with

ASP.NETMVC

and

.NETCoreExtensive experience inJavascript and frontend frameworks like ReactJS

Angular or VueJSStrongunderstanding of Databases SQL &ORMsBonus pointsif

Experience in PostgreSQL

MongoDB

or ElasticsearchExperiencewith

Identityserver 4.0

or OpenId Connect

/ OAuth2Experiencein Devops CI/CD using Bitbucket Pipelines Azure WebApps
