We are seeking a dynamicand resultsdriven Sales Professional for a leading gasketmanufacturing company who will be responsible for driving sales andrevenue growth through developing and implementing sales strategiesmanaging sales teams and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will work closely with other departmentsincluding engineering production and customer service to ensure thehighest level of customer satisfaction.

You willbe Implementing corporate goals short & long term budgets anddeveloping business plans to ensure achievement ofgoals.

JobResponsibilities:

  • Prepareproposals for new and existing customers and facilitate showing offacilities and services.
  • Contract bookings andassist sales consultants in the execution of salesprocesses.
  • Generate lists of prospects andcontact them by following standard operatingprocedures.
  • Coordinate and execute sales andservice events.
  • Prepare salesrelated documentssuch as contracts and event orders.
  • Gathermaterials and assemble information packages for specialized salesevents.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction byaccurately processing order.
  • Maintain salesrecords and prepare sales activityreports.
  • Assist in actualizing marketingstrategies and maintain business communication withcustomers.
  • Communicate with distributors andcompany representatives to resolve queries aimed at businesspractice.
  • Identifying new market segments forachieving targets and optimizing therevenue.
  • Maintaining cordial businessrelationship with key decision makers of target organizations forconsistent business development.
  • Training teammembers at regular intervals in new product launches and skillenhancing schedules.
  • Initiating activities forentire business transactions and preparing documents for tenders& order requirements.
  • Strategizing businessgrowth initiatives.
  • Actively playing a role inrecruiting processes for the company as and whenrequired.

JobRequirements:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Engineering Business Administration Marketing or arelated field.
  • 7 10 years of experience inindustrial products relevant to gasket industry isnecessary.
  • Proven track record of achievingsales targets and developing new businessopportunities.
  • Excellent communicationinterpersonal and customer serviceskills.
  • Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeCRM software and other sales tools.
  • Passion forsales and willingness to learn andadapt.
  • Strong attention to detail andproblemsolving skills.
  • Strong organizationaland timemanagement skills.
  • Must be expert inadvance Exceloperations.
