Job Title: Real Estate VP Sales

Reports to: (Managing Director / CEO / Regional Head)
Experience: 7+ years in Real Estate Sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP Sales to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, managing high-performing teams, and building strong client relationships to ensure the company achieves its business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team and track performance.

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers and executives.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the teams product knowledge, negotiation skills, and customer service.
  • Establish a performance-driven culture through clear KPIs and incentives.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, investors, and channel partners.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards throughout the sales process.

Revenue Generation:

  • Drive sales closures for residential/commercial properties.
  • Leverage digital platforms and offline networks to maximize lead conversion.
  • Work closely with marketing to align promotional campaigns with sales strategies.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Coordinate with other departments (Marketing, Legal, Finance, CRM, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and team productivity to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, and customer behavior.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM tools and real estate software.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
