Key Areas of Focus
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to ensure expansion of Cyient’s business within the industry portfolio- Identify customer and market trends, competitive landscape and accordingly position Cyient solutions and services to Utilities customers- Prepare rolling forecasts / budgets for revenue and order intake- Key metrics include revenue, profitability and order intake- Implement business strategies that drive profitable business relationships while identifying new growth opportunities- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and Cyient solutions.- Be a client facing advocate to the customer and ensure overall client satisfaction- Connect with different seniority and functional levels within a customer to understand their business priorities, strategies, funding mechanisms and business challenges- Translate customer needs into business opportunities working across financial, technical, and executive stakeholders- Regularly meet with customers and new contacts- Serve as a liaison between clients and company departments.- Advocate Cyient capabilities and solutions to solve customer problems including educating on new products, services, and aligning them to clients' business needs.- Negotiate contracts, MSA and Commercial Pricing- Collaborate with leadership, sales, pre-sales and marketing organizations to deliver the proper message to customers focused on their needs
Skills and Experience
- 8+ years in metrics driven services and solutions selling with Knowledge of the Utilities buying process.- Established contacts and relationships at the C level, VP and Director levels- Clearly demonstrated experience in revenue growth and closing significant contracts.- Strong negotiations background- Driven complex technical business proposals- Experience in how to structure deals, legal contracts and master service agreements- Built eco-system partnerships to help drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technical field. Will consider industry experience in lieu of education- Strong networking, verbal and written communication skills- Excellent professional presentation skills- Ability to successfully work on a multinational and multicultural basis- Ability to travel greater than 50%
