We're looking for a proactive, well-spoken, and business-savvy Business Development Executive to join our fast-paced team. You'll support both our digital creative agency and SaaS product in driving growth through smart outreach, strong follow-ups, and exceptional client communication. The candidates must have an MBA qualification in Marketing and Sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Follow up with clients over email and WhatsApp to manage leads and project conversations
  • Research and identify new sales leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other social media/business platforms
  • Initiate conversations with potential leads and schedule demo calls
  • Attend client demo or discovery calls, take notes, and follow up with action items
  • Maintain lead tracking and documentation across platforms like Notion, HubSpot, or CRM tools
  • Assist in proposals, basic pitch decks, and presentation content with the core team

What We're Looking For

  • MBA in marketing and sales
  • Excellent command of the English language – both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional background in IT/software marketing and sales
  • Good business sense and interest in marketing, technology, or SaaS products
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to learn new tools and processes

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory, but Great to Have)

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or outbound lead generation
