Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be skilled in communication, negotiation, and client engagement, with a keen interest in the digital marketing and creative design industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital marketing and design services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and partners.
- Pitch services and solutions to potential clients through presentations and proposals.
- Understand client requirements and work with the creative/marketing team to deliver tailored solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.
- Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at events, networking sessions, and industry forums.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, or creative design services (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.).
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (agency/IT/digital marketing background preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication and persuasion skills may also apply.
