Role of Account Management in TMA:Account Management (AM) in TMA is about generating sales and solving customersproblem with regards to marketing/advertising. The AM team works as an extendedmarketing arm of the brands and all the actions strongly exhibit a CustomerFirstapproach. The primary role of the AM department is to identify potentialbrand/company onboard new clients and to ensure the retention of the existingones. In the process of onboarding and retention the AM team is also exposed tocampaign planning and

Relationship ManagementDay to Day work:Account Manager is expected to

Identify new brand/company basis trend market knowledge currentadvertisers

Reach out and make connects with identified brand/company

Understanding clients business identifying their marketing problems andcollection of marketing campaign brief

Plan the advertising campaign basis the brief and get a go ahead fromclients to execute the advertising campaign

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the campaigns areperforming/executed as per the commitment.

Coordinate with clients for smooth flow of work and reporting of ongoingadvertising campaigns

Gain insights from Customers and identify bottlenecks the user faceswhile using

Sharing of these insights to theproduct team to make necessary change on the platform.

Ensuring that the monthly/yearly revenues targets are being achieved

Preparing Daily Task Reports

The work hours are equally split between

answering emails/calls andcampaign

& campaign planningRelationship Building:

Forge strong business relationship with the clients

Build a culture of high performance & innovation in the teamExperience and skills requiredMust Have

Fresher or a maximum 2 years of experience in client facing role

Agility

Willingness to quickly learn and adapt in a fastchangingenvironment

Strong communication

Excellent verbal and written English languagecapabilityGood logical reasoning arithmetic and analytical abilities

Decent knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint

People management and team handling skills

Ability to carry out quick online research to find insights/data

Quick to observe
