Job Description:We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Accounts Executive/Associate to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in filing returns and taxation with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Manage and ensure timely and accurate filing of GST i.e. GSTR1 & 3B GST TCS Return ISD Return filing TDS Return i.e. (26Q 24Q 27EQ & 27Q & SFT) and other statutory returns.
  • Prepare and file (GST 9 & 9C & Tax Audit forms 3CA & 3CD coordinating with auditors.
  • To prepare consolidation of monthly GST Summary PAN India basis.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Handle daytoday accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Coordinate with auditors and assist in the audit process.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies.
  • Keep up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • To maintain depreciation register as per Income Tax & to calculate deferred tax.
  • To prepare Income Tax computation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office especially Excel.
  • Strong understanding of GST TDS and other taxrelated regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail accuracy & must have holistic view.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in large Excel data and should be familiar with advanced excel formulas & Pivot table.
