About the Role

We are looking for a smart, motivated, and detail-oriented
Junior EPM Consultant (Fresher)
to join our growing Oracle EPM practice. This is an entry-level role, ideal for recent graduates with strong analytical thinking, an interest in finance and enterprise systems, and a desire to build a long-term career in performance management consulting.

You'll work closely with experienced consultants and get hands-on experience across Oracle EPM modules such as Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), and more. We provide full training, mentorship, and exposure to real client projects within your first few months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the configuration and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions
  • Support data preparation, validation, and mapping between client systems and EPM
  • Help build reports, dashboards, forms, and business rules under the guidance of senior consultants
  • Participate in testing cycles, end-user training, and post go-live support
  • Maintain project documentation and knowledge base content
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate solution delivery
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and support clients with professionalism and clarity

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills

  • Basic understanding of financial concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Good working knowledge of
    Microsoft Excel
    —
    Advanced Excel skills are a strong plus
  • Exposure to any enterprise or BI tool (Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, Anaplan, Power BI, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus
  • Comfort with structured data formats (Excel, CSV, or similar)
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly
