What Youll Do:

  • Connect with high-value residents whose support issues need urgent attention.
  • Make timely, upbeat calls to users with delayed resolutions—fix the experience, not just the issue.
  • Set expectations, share updates, and reassure users with professionalism and warmth.
  • Coordinate with internal Stanza teams to accelerate solutions.
  • Record every action in our CRM—details matter
  • Spot patterns and share ideas to make our service even better.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate in any discipline; if you vibe with our values, we want to hear from you
  • 1–3 years of customer-facing call or escalation experience (freshers with the right hustle are welcome).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to empathize and resolve, not just read from a script.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools is cool (Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Energy, patience, and adaptability in the fast lane of startup culture.
  • Proactive, data-savvy mindset—see what's missing, and make it happen.
