Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints, providing support and information to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and handling customer service management tasks. The role involves resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining records of customer interactions, and collaborating with other departments to improve customer service.
