Role & responsibilities
Outlines a role focused on building and managing relationships with channel partners to sell a company's products or services, thereby expanding market reach and driving revenue.
- Research, identify, and onboard potential channel partners who align with company goals and target markets.
- Monitor partner performance, analyse sales data, and provide ongoing support, training, and feedback to ensure partners meet sales objectives.
- Track sales pipelines, manage forecasts, and report on channel partner performance to senior management.
- Other work as per Management's concern regarding sales.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective partner engagement and relationship building.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other tools used for partner and sales management.
