Role & responsibilities

Outlines a role focused on building and managing relationships with channel partners to sell a company's products or services, thereby expanding market reach and driving revenue.

  1. Research, identify, and onboard potential channel partners who align with company goals and target markets.
  2. Monitor partner performance, analyse sales data, and provide ongoing support, training, and feedback to ensure partners meet sales objectives.
  3. Track sales pipelines, manage forecasts, and report on channel partner performance to senior management.
  4. Other work as per Management's concern regarding sales.

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective partner engagement and relationship building.
  3. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other tools used for partner and sales management.
