Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused
L1 Support Engineer
to provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, networks, and basic IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting, configuration, and installation tasks to ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Desktop & Laptop Support
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, operating systems, and basic applications.
  • Provide end-user support for hardware/software issues.
  • Networking Support
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
  • Assist in configuring access points and resolving connectivity issues.
  • Shared Resource Management
  • Configure and manage shared folders with appropriate access rights.
  • Surveillance & Security Systems
  • Perform basic CCTV installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with biometric attendance system installation and configuration.
  • Customer Service & Ticketing
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT-related queries.
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents within agreed SLA.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT/Desktop/Network support (Fresher with knowledge can also apply).
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with network concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches).
  • Hands-on knowledge of CCTV and biometric system setup is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and provide quick resolutions.
