Strong knowledge in the prepaid Issuing business domainPPI/PA/ Banking experience preferred.Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts & negotiations.Advise in legally compliant structure.Risk assessment on contracts - arising from IP, Trademarks, data privacy.quality legal advice to business teams and senior executives , business headsStakeholder management- include banking partners, merchants, external counsel, public authorities.Deep understanding of corporate and financial lawAn understanding of the Company's business and operations.Domain knowledge - fintech/payments space.
