We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable fintech instructor to join our team and deliver high-quality education in this dynamic field.Role Overview:As a Fintech Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical, and interactive fintech course content. You will help learners grasp complex fintech concepts, including blockchain, digital payments, AI in finance, and cybersecurity, among others. You will also mentor students and prepare them for real-world applications in the fintech industry.Key Responsibilities:Course Delivery : Deliver live (or recorded) interactive classes, ensuring clear and engaging teaching methods.Industry Insights : Provide learners with up-to-date information on fintech trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory updates.Mentorship : Guide and mentor learners to ensure a deep understanding of fintech concepts and career readiness.Assessment & Feedback : Design and evaluate assessments, provide constructive feedback to students, and track their progress.Continuous Improvement : Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance course content, ensuring it reflects the latest trends and best practices in fintech.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience in fintech

roles such as digital payments, blockchain, regtech, lending, wealthtech, or insurtech.Prior

teaching or training experience

in fintech or related fields is preferred.In-depth knowledge of fintech sectors like blockchain, AI in finance, cryptocurrencies, digital payments, regtech, or other emerging financial technologies.Strong communication skills

with the ability to simplify complex fintech concepts for learners from diverse backgrounds.Proficient in virtual classroom tools (e.g., Zoom) and learning management systems (LMS).Passionate about mentoring and nurturing students' growth in the fintech sector.Preferred Skills:Experience in

curriculum design

or
