Must-Have Skills:Creative Writing and Copywriting

– Leadership in copywriting, setting a standard for creative excellence across teams.Editing and Proofreading

– Final oversight on major projects, ensuring the highest quality output.Collaboration and Teamwork

– Leading cross-functional teams to achieve cohesive creative and marketing goals.Brand Voice Development

– Driving the development of distinct brand voices for various clients.Content Strategy Developmen t – Formulating and overseeing comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives.Client and Stakeholder Management

– Expertly managing client expectations and ensuring satisfaction with creative solutions.Time Management and Deadline Adherence

– Ensures deadlines are met, managing complex timelines and projects.

– Extensive exposure to agency culture, leading the team in best practices.Multilingual Proficiency

– Strong command of Hindi, English, and Telugu (written) for versatility across projects

QualificationsBachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.6+ years of experience in copywriting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within an agency setting.Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.Strong portfolio showcasing diverse copy across various platforms and industries.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and audience engagement strategies.Multilingual proficiency (Hindi, English, Telugu) is a plus.
