Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Noida. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy. Daily tasks include creating and publishing engaging content, managing social media accounts, monitoring and responding to user interactions, and analyzing performance metrics. Additionally, the specialist will coordinate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand voice and effective digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
  • Skills in Digital Marketing and general Marketing practices
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics software
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically
