Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Specialist with strong expertise in LinkedIn to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, increase engagement, and generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence, including company pages, campaigns, and content calendar.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, articles, infographics, short videos) tailored for LinkedIn's professional audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop B2B-focused campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and thought leadership.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry insights to optimize content and engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (impressions, engagement, followers, leads).
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster meaningful professional connections.
  • Explore other platforms (Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook) to diversify brand presence when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in managing social media, with strong focus on LinkedIn marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn tools.
  • Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and basic design (Canva/Photoshop preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
