POSITION: DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCES

We are looking for a flexible and versatile Deputy General Manager—Human Resources to head our HR and payroll processes department. You should be able to drive the best HR practices, handle employee complaints, stop people from leaving with creative solutions, and hire people with all kinds of skills.
The job involves interaction with clients, so excellent communication skills are mandatory. Having experience in facility management will be given preference.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment through job portals
Skills Required: Proficiency in LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals, Ability to create screening questionnaires, Experience in creating assessment frameworks and Excel-based candidate tracking expertise
- Manage client HRC or compliance portals to achieve NOC
Skills Required: Advanced Excel proficiency, Deep understanding of PF, ESI and other statutory requirements, Experience in compliance reporting, Knowledge of statutory portal management
- Represent the company in high-level client meetings about HR-related functions
Skills Required: Strong communication and presentation skills; professional demeanor, executive presence; strategic thinking and understanding of the facility management industry
- Monitor and implement labor law changes
Skills Required: In-depth knowledge of central and state labor laws, Experience in minimum wage implementation, Change management expertise, Client communication skills for wage revisions
- Manage labor license portfolio
Skills Required: Thorough knowledge of labor laws, Experience with labor department officials, License renewal expertise, Return filing knowledge, Relationship management with authorities
- Prepare and track HR KPIs
Skills Required: Data analysis skills, Dashboard creation abilities, Performance metric expertise, Monthly reporting capabilities
- Employee grievance management
Skills Required: 72-hour resolution framework, Crisis management skills, Employee relations expertise, On-site conflict resolution ability
- New employee onboarding & Performance Management
Skills Required: Induction program management, Documentation expertise, Training capabilities, Company culture orientation skills
- Payroll management
Skills Required: Understanding of attendance systems, Payroll processing knowledge, Statutory deduction expertise
Banking coordination experience, creating validation checks for attendance verification, Establishing a timeline for attendance submission and processing, Designing reconciliation process between site and compliance portal data
Understanding compliance requirements, Designing an audit-ready filing system, Creating a process for timely document updates, Establishing cost vs revenue analysis
- Site compliance management
Skills Required: Experience in handling statutory audits, Knowledge of site-specific requirements, Audit documentation expertise, Corrective action implementation
- Cross-functional coordination for employee lifecycle data
Skills Required: Process optimization skills, Understanding of operational constraints, Stakeholder management expertise, Ability to design efficient data collection systems, Experience in creating SOPs for information flow
- Represent company in statutory authority disputes
Skills Required: Experience in handling PF/ESI disputes, Knowledge of conciliation proceedings, Documentation expertise for authorities, Relationship management with officials, Understanding of dispute resolution mechanisms
Experience in presenting the company's case through written correspondence
- Employee welfare management (accidents/fatalities/GIP)
Skills Required: In-depth knowledge of ESI benefits, Experience in handling workplace accidents, Understanding of compensation calculations, Knowledge of documentation requirements, Ability to guide affected families, Experience in coordinating with hospitals/ESI offices, Crisis management abilities
