Job Description: Manager/Deputy Manager - Human Resources

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will support the full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) functions and play a key role in driving strategic initiatives for the organization.
They will ensure the effective management and enhancement of HR policies, programs, and practices, contributing to the overall growth and success of the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Recruit, onboard, and integrate new hires effectively into the organization.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide actionable feedback.
- Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing and manage employee benefits to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle end-to-end processes from onboarding to offboarding.
- Training & Development: Train and guide managers and employees to enhance workplace performance.
- Compliance: Ensure HR policies align with industry regulations and organizational goals.
- CRO-specific HR Functions: Leverage experience in the Clinical Research industry to address unique HR needs specific to CRO Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Human Resources with a strong background in the CRO industry.
Skills:
- Proven expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to train and support managers and employees effectively.
- Attention to detail and sound judgment in decision-making.
Note: Prior experience in the Clinical Research Organization (CRO) industry is a must
