Position: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Location: Uppal, Hyderabad (Onsite)


Job Description:

  • Requires 3 - 6 years of bench sales experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Ability to function both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with visa classifications such as H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD, and GC Visa is necessary.
  • Proficient in cold calling and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Ability to work effectively in the EST time zone.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Market bench consultants including EAD/H1B, GC holders, and US Citizens.
  • Develop new relationships with tier 1 vendors/clients.
  • Source requirements from job boards and submit resumes accordingly.
  • Maintain regular communication with consultants, providing updates on submissions and interviews.
  • Utilize personal contacts and databases for submissions.
  • Negotiate and secure competitive rates with clients.
  • Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process, closing placements effectively.
  • Strong experience in the US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones, etc).
  • Proficiency in utilizing various job boards such as Dice, Monster, , Twitter, Google, and other free job sites.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team targets for placements, revenue, and other key performance indicators (KPIS).
  • Keep detailed records of assignments following company guidelines, and show great attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and changes in technology.
  • Must be a self-starter and an enthusiast to mobilize prospective Bench consultants and get them on board through networking and cold calling.
