Position: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter
Experience: 3-6 years
Location: Uppal, Hyderabad (Onsite)
Job Description:
- Requires 3 - 6 years of bench sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- Ability to function both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with visa classifications such as H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD, and GC Visa is necessary.
- Proficient in cold calling and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Ability to work effectively in the EST time zone.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants including EAD/H1B, GC holders, and US Citizens.
- Develop new relationships with tier 1 vendors/clients.
- Source requirements from job boards and submit resumes accordingly.
- Maintain regular communication with consultants, providing updates on submissions and interviews.
- Utilize personal contacts and databases for submissions.
- Negotiate and secure competitive rates with clients.
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process, closing placements effectively.
- Strong experience in the US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones, etc).
- Proficiency in utilizing various job boards such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, and other free job sites.
- Work towards achieving individual and team targets for placements, revenue, and other key performance indicators (KPIS).
- Keep detailed records of assignments following company guidelines, and show great attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and changes in technology.
- Must be a self-starter and an enthusiast to mobilize prospective Bench consultants and get them on board through networking and cold calling.
