RoleThe Senior Creative Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and impact of proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials within the bids & proposal management team. This position requires a blend of advanced design skills, creativity, and strategic thinking to deliver visually compelling and brand-consistent outputs that help win business.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Visual Storytelling- Create high-quality, visually engaging designs for proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses.- Transform complex business content into clear, persuasive visual narratives.Brand Consistency- Ensure all bid materials adhere to corporate brand guidelines while introducing innovative design elements.Collaboration- Work closely with bid managers, solution architects, and sales teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored creative solutions.Template & Asset Development- Develop and maintain design templates, graphics libraries, and visual standards for the bid team.Quality Assurance- Review and refine design outputs for accuracy, clarity, and impact.Innovation- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative processes.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in creative design, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment.- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Firefly) and PowerPoint.- Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.Preferred Attributes- Experience in bids and proposals design and or marketing collateral for complex solutions.- Knowledge of motion graphics or interactive design is a plus.- Strong portfolio showcasing corporate design work and creative problem-solving
