We create digital, print, and multimedia projects that connect with audiences through clarity, creativity, and storytelling.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Junior Creative Designer to support ongoing projects and assist in developing visual assets across digital and print platforms. The role offers hands-on learning and real exposure to brand-based design work.Key Responsibilities- Conceptualize and design creative materials for digital, print, and brand communication. - Develop layouts, illustrations, and marketing visuals aligned with project goals. - Collaborate with content and marketing teams on creative ideas and campaigns. - Maintain organized design files, templates, and brand guidelines. - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all creative outputs. - Stay updated with modern design trends, tools, and techniques.Required Skills- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. - Understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and color theory. - Strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Openness to feedback and ability to meet deadlines. - Organized and proactive approach to tasks.Qualifications- Diploma or degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. - 0–1 year of experience or a strong academic/portfolio record.
