Program Enrollment Advisor in Delhi

Key Responsibilities
- Student Assessment & Guidance – Understand prospective students' goals, readiness, and interests to guide them toward suitable coach training programs.
- Course & Certification Counseling – Help students choose the right coaching courses and certification levels (ACC, PCC, MCC) aligned with their career aspirations.
- Program Information Sharing – Clearly explain ICF-accredited program details, curriculum, competencies, and certification requirements.
- Career Counseling – Provide insights into career opportunities in coaching (corporate, life, leadership, niche coaching, etc.).
- Workshops & Events – Assist in planning and promoting webinars, Q&A sessions, and informational workshops for students.
- Documentation & Records – Maintain accurate records of student interactions, enrollments, and progress in line with ICF and organizational standards.
- Collaboration – Work closely with faculty and administrative teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
- Student Feedback – Gather and share feedback to help improve program offerings and support services.
- Marketing & Outreach – Support outreach through educational fairs, online campaigns, and content input to attract prospective students.
- Ethics & Standards – Uphold ICF's ethical guidelines, ensuring all student interactions align with the organization's values and coaching competencies.
