Our practical, hands-on courses are designed to help learners build successful careers in the fast-growing digital marketing industry.Role Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team. You will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing them with complete course information, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience. Your primary goal will be to convert inquiries into admissions by building trust and offering the right guidance.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from prospective students.Counsel students and working professionals on digital marketing courses, career opportunities, and the admission process.Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.Help students select the right course based on their goals and interests.Maintain and update the student database, track inquiries, and prepare regular conversion reports.Conduct walk-in consultations and deliver engaging course presentations.Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to generate and convert leads effectively.Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing to guide students accurately.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or related preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain a positive attitude.1–3 years of experience in student counseling, sales, or customer service (EdTech preferred).Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is an added advantage.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.Why Join Us:✨ Work with a reputed digital marketing institute. ✨ Competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives. ✨ Opportunity to upskill and grow in the digital marketing field. ✨ Supportive and collaborative work culture.📩 If you’re passionate about guiding students and helping them build successful careers, we’d love to hear from you
