About Job ProfileWe are seeking an experienced Techno Functional Project Manager with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing projects, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes. In addition, exposure to SharePoint Online and Power Apps, along with Techno Functional expertise, is essential for this role.

Experience5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology-focused environment.QualificationBachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:*Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.*Coordinate project activities, tasks, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.*Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.*Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.*Maintain effective communication channels to ensure stakeholders are informed of project progress, risks, and changes.*Manage stakeholder expectations and address any issues or concerns that may arise.

Resource Management:*Identify resource requirements for projects and work closely with team members to allocate tasks and responsibilities.*Monitor resource utilization and adjust as necessary to ensure efficient project execution.*Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to complete their tasks.

Risk Management:*Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.*Proactively manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize their impact on project deliverables.*Escalate critical risks to the appropriate stakeholders and propose solutions to mitigate the risks.

Quality Assurance:*Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards.*Conduct regular project reviews and quality assessments to identify areas for improvement.Implement corrective actions to address any quality issues and prevent reoccurrence.

SharePoint Online and Power Apps Expertise:*Leverage expertise in SharePoint Online and Power Apps to drive efficient and effective project management practices.*Utilize SharePoint Online for collaboration, document management, and project tracking.Leverage Power Apps for process automation, workflow management, and data-driven insights.

Techno Functional Expertise:*Possess a strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of projects.*Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the implementation aligns with business requirements.*Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with developers and engineers to deliver solutions.*Provide functional expertise and guidance to ensure the successful integration of SharePoint Online and Power Apps into project workflows.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.*7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology-focused environment.*Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure.*Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.*Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.*Experience with SharePoint Online and Power Apps, including the ability to configure, customize, and manage these platforms.*Techno Functional experience, with the ability to understand and bridge the gap between technical and functional requirements.*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues.*PMP or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
