Key Competencies : Experience required in Project management of Global ERP application for 3 to 5 years & Implementation exp of 5 years.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
Manage client feedback and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Project Planning and Initiation:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure project viability.
Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to ensure high performance.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and accountability.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Stakeholder Management:
Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and presentations to ensure alignment and project transparency.
Execution and Monitoring:
Oversee the execution of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
Establish and implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
Conduct project reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Resource Management:
Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget.
Ensure efficient utilization of resources and adjust allocations as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to secure necessary resources and support.
Project Cost Estimation:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Evaluate cost-effectiveness and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
Revenue and Budget Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
Monitor and track project expenditures against the budget.
Provide financial forecasts and reports to senior management.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
