Job Summary

Seeking Functional Engineers with strong domain expertise in OTM. Responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing transportation processes to improve logistics efficiency and business outcomes.

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as SME in OTM/TMS processes (order management, shipment planning, freight payment, visibility, carrier selection).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document transportation requirements.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications and configurations.
  • Support implementation, UAT, and go-live activities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Work with technical teams on OTM/TMS integrations with ERP/WMS/other systems.
  • Provide training and support to business teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in SCM, Logistics, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 8+ years functional OTM/TMS experience.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation/logistics best practices.
  • Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, functional configuration.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle).
  • Knowledge of freight payment, carrier management, transportation compliance.
  • Familiarity with OTM/TMS analytics & reporting.
  • Agile project experience.
