We are looking for an experienced
OTM Application Engineer
with deep expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and technical partners to design, develop, and support OTM solutions for logistics and supply chain processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into OTM technical and functional build activities.
  • Design and implement workflow agents, automation processes, and technical configurations.
  • Manage master data, itineraries, order planning, shipment execution, route optimization, and network configuration.
  • Integrate OTM with REST/SOAP APIs and external logistics systems.
  • Develop operational and analytical reports; troubleshoot and tune system performance.
  • Execute code deployment, migration activities, and cloud-to-on-prem data transfers.
  • Create rate cards, templates, screen sets, layouts, and workbench configurations.
  • Handle freight audit, pay processes, exception management, monitoring, and alerts.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in OTM Data Model and Schema.
  • 6+ years of hands-on OTM implementation experience.
  • Experience with carrier, 3PL, and logistics integrations.
  • Strong SQL skills for query design and implementation.
  • Knowledge of VPD (Virtual Private Domain) and security configurations.
  • Experience with multi-leg, multi-stop, and multi-mode transportation (LTL, FTL, Ocean, Air).
  • Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of OTM development and implementation experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
