OTM/TMS Functional Consultant

Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Act as SME in OTM/TMS processes (order management, shipment planning, freight payment, visibility, carrier selection).- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document transportation requirements.- Translate requirements into functional specifications and configurations.- Support implementation, UAT, and go-live activities.- Identify and implement process improvements.- Work with technical teams on OTM/TMS integrations with ERP/WMS/other systems.- Provide training and support to business :- Bachelors degree in SCM, Logistics, Engineering, IT, or related field.- 5+ years functional OTM/TMS experience.- Strong knowledge of transportation/logistics best practices.- Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, functional configuration.- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle).- Knowledge of freight payment, carrier management, transportation compliance.- Familiarity with OTM/TMS analytics & reporting.- Agile project experience.
