Role Summary :We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with strong expertise in OTM/TMS implementations, integrations, and enhancements. The role involves ensuring end-to-end quality and reliability of logistics processes through functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.Key Responsibilities :- Develop test strategies, plans, and test cases for OTM/TMS projects.- Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for new implementations and system enhancements.- Validate end-to-end logistics processes to ensure smooth operations.- Identify, document, and track defects/bugs, working closely with technical and functional teams for resolution.- Ensure adherence to quality standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.- Support in test environment setup, data preparation, and execution.Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Logistics.- 3 - 6 years of QA/testing experience in ERP/TMS/OTM systems.- Strong knowledge of testing tools, methodologies, and defect management systems (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Bugzilla).- Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Nice to Have :- Exposure to automation testing tools (Selenium, JMeter, or similar).- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.- Knowledge of OTM/TMS modules and their business use cases.- Basic SQL/database knowledge for test validation.
