About the Role

Recruitment Lead - Non IT


Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sourcing Head in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various non-tech roles for our clients.
  • Gain hands-on experience in Leadership Hiring.
  • Team Management
  • Help build a strong talent pipeline to meet our client's workforce needs.


Qualifications

  • Any Bachelors/PG

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong convincing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • 3-5yrs exp.
