Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of IT recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top IT talent across various technologies and levels.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake to offer negotiation and onboarding, for a high volume of IT positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements, team dynamics, and hiring needs, providing consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging candidate experience.
Utilize various recruitment tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Linked In Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
Proactively build a talent pipeline of qualified IT candidates for future opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
Deep understanding of the US IT market, including current trends, technologies, and compensation benchmarks.
Proven ability to source and recruit passive candidates.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of recruiters.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
