Job Opening- Publisher Support Executive
Role: Publishing Support Executive(Rotational shift including Night Shift)
Education Degree: Any Exp: 0-2 yrs
Job Location: Anna Nagar East, Chennai-Work From Office (Immediate joiners preferred)
Language: English Tamil (Read, Write & Speak) Proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam,Telugu is Must.
Job description
We are looking for a skilled Executive to undertake a variety of day-to-day publishing and coordination related tasks. The candidate needs to be an integral part in ensuring our publisher and User satisfaction by giving instant solution for publishing the digital edition ONTIME on our portal.
An excellent executive is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills who is comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out all the tasks with accuracy and speed.
The goal is to ensure that publishing operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.
Responsibilities
Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency in terms of publishing the magazines, newspapers and articles.
Maintaining records with effective maintenance.
Coordinate with other teams with various publishing related tasks (Error escalation, disseminating, Solving technical issues etc.)
Deal with publisher complaints or issues over email and the call.
Responsible for quality conscious.
Responsible for day-to-day publishing operations.
Rotational shift including Night Shift also.
Requirements
Fresher or 1 or 2 years proven experience as office coordinator / executive in a similar role
Experience in customer service will be a plus
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, back-office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Reliable with patience and professionalism
Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu Proficiency would be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Rotational Shift including night shift.
Willing to Work from Office
Criteria
Proficiency in any one regional language with the written, reading and speaking knowledge would be an added advantage.
Work timings: Willing to work in Rotational Shifts
