- **Follow-Up**:

- Regularly follow up with reviewers to ensure timely completion of peer reviews.
- Address any queries or issues raised by reviewers during the review process.
- **Report Management**:

- Collect and review peer review reports for completeness and adherence to guidelines.
- Communicate review outcomes to authors, providing constructive feedback and recommendations.
- **Publication Follow-Up**:

- Assist authors with revisions and ensure that final versions meet publication standards.
- Coordinate the final stages of the publication process, including proofing and formatting.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate records of submissions, reviews, and communications.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and other documentation as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Publishing, Communications, English, or a related discipline).
- Previous experience in academic publishing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with publication management software.
- Understanding of the peer review process and academic publishing standards is an advantage.
