About the Job

Framed is a boutique photography & filmmaking company with three verticals:

  1. Framed Memoirs – luxury wedding storytelling
  2. Framed Productions – brand, fashion, interiors, products
  3. Framed Studio – curated portrait sessions for families, kids & more

Across these, we work with high-intent individuals and businesses who care about aesthetics, emotion, and impact. Our work is not transactional- it's transformational. We're now looking for a business development associate who can help us grow this vision, one relationship at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Lead management & follow-ups:
1. Respond to new enquiries across platforms (Instagram, email, referrals, website)
2. Maintain CRM hygiene (we use ClickUp) and track lead movement
3. Follow up, qualify leads, and convert conversations into action

B. Client communication & pitching:
1. Understand client briefs, budgets, and expectations
2 Coordinate meetings for founders, and sometimes represent the brand directly
3. Present service offerings clearly and with personality- across weddings, brands, or studio formats

C. Proposal & deck preparation:
1. Draft tailored proposals with visual and verbal alignment
2. Suggest services, upsells, and combinations that serve the client's needs
3. Use AI tools, templates, and brand decks to streamline output

D. Market outreach & partnerships:
1. Identify new segments: wedding planners, interior designers, vendors, venues, agencies
2. Initiate partnerships, affiliate programs, and cross-collaborations
3. Coordinate BD campaigns for specific products or seasonal offerings

E. Sales tracking & coordination:
1. Monitor BD metrics weekly: number of leads, closures, categories, drop-offs
2. Sync with operations, marketing, and creative teams to ensure aligned handovers
3. Maintain a warm client journey even post-closure- for upsells and referrals
