Videographer/video Editor

As a Video Production Specialist, you would be working with our teams at Framed Memoirs (event & wedding vertical) & Framed Productions (commercial & brand oriented vertical) to create stunning videos that uniquely display the story of the event / brand. You would be involved with the pre-production, production & post-production stages of the shoot to execute the aforementioned objectives. Your major responsibilities would involve cinematography, sound design, video editing along with managing production logistics.

**Key Responsibilities**

**As a cinematographer-**

**Visual Conceptulisation** - Working closely with the creative director / clients to pre-plan the visual treatment. Ensuring that relevant visual references and mood boards are prepared before each project.

**Gear Setup**:

- Ensuring that the gear required for shooting is ready before starting of each project. Ensuring the relevant camera bodies and lenses and other additional accessories are taken along with for execution of the project.

**Lighting Design -** Collaborating with the creative director to determine lighting aesthetic for each scene/ project. Adequate understanding of key, fill and backlight to achieve the desired mood.

**Collaboration with the team**:

- Ensuring smooth communication with other team members to achieve the desired output.

**As a Video Editor-**

**Footage review & organisation -** Watch each clip, select the best takes and organise them in a logical order based on the narrative.

**Transitions and effects -** Adding visuals effects, titles and graphics to enhance the video’s overall look.

**Grading -** Adjusting the colours and tones to achieve a desired look and mood.

**Audio & Music Selection -** Work with the creative director to select the suitable music that compliments the video’s mood and tone. Ensure that the audio tracks are cleaned uo and volume levels are adjusted to ensure clear and balanced sound. Add sound effects and V/O to further enhance the audio experience.

**Review -**Collaborate with clients and the creative director to share drafts of the video and gather feedback to refine the final product.

**Export & Delivery -** Ensuring that the video meets the required technical specifications and deliver to the client.

**Required Qualifications**

**Proficiency in Video Production Tools**: Expertise in video editing software DaVinci Resolve is required, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is a plus.

**Storytelling Skills**: Strong ability to craft visually and emotionally compelling narratives.

**Motion Graphics & Visual Effects**: Experience in creating motion graphics and integrating visual effects is a significant advantage.

**Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for aesthetics, color grading, and design consistency.

**Collaborative Spirit**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.

**Time Management**: Exceptional organizational skills to manage tight deadlines across multiple projects.

**Experience**: A proven track record in event or wedding videography, with a portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

Experience with graphic design tools to enhance video elements.

**Compensation & Benefits**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

SKILL SET:

- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to convey emotions and narratives through video.
- Proven experience as a video editor, with a portfolio showcasing your work in event and/or wedding videography.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Adobe premiere pro, Adobe after effects) and other post-production tools.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a critical eye for visual aesthetics.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, or related field is preferred but not required
