Role Overview

As a Senior Associate I in Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in driving our hiring process. Your core responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient interview scheduling, timely feedback coordination, and a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Alongside these, you will also support sourcing efforts for various roles - identifying, screening, and engaging potential candidates to strengthen the talent pipeline. In this role, you will provide vital support to the TA team, strengthen recruitment operations, and contribute to shaping processes that elevate our overall candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring smooth alignment between candidate and panel availability.
  • Partner with the TA team on sourcing efforts for select roles, including screening profiles and sharing initial recommendations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process, providing timely updates and a positive experience.
  • Ensure all interview invites are accurate, including meeting links, onsite details,
  • and relevant instructions.
  • Support the TA team in organizing hiring drives and managing candidate travel logistics when required.
  • Assist in collecting and consolidating interview feedback to enable quicker decision-making.
