The Reporting Associate I is an entry level member of the Reporting and Data Systems team and contributes toward the preparation of report components that will be integrated into the final deliverable that is provided to our clients.

Essential Job Duties:
The Reporting Associate I learns and performs the duties of assisting the senior Reporting and Data Systems team members in the drafting of nonclinical study reports and completes the following duties with limited supervision.

General Duties
- Learns to and conducts the coordination of report information sharing with Operations execution team.
- After completion of sufficient training, manages a full study workload by adhering to report preparation schedules and prioritizing tasks. Identifies and resolves changes to established study schedules to ensure client deliverables are met.
- After completion of sufficient training, may provide training and mentoring to new reporting associate staff members.
- Report Preparation o Learns to coordinate the completion and transfer of study information from the Operations execution team to the Reporting and Data Systems team.
- Learns to and prepares the study report template using details described in the protocol, protocol amendments, and study communications and Labcorp or clientspecific requirements.
- Learns to and incorporates contributions (e.g., protocol, protocol amendments, certificates of analysis, contributor reports) into the draft report. o Learns to and assists in addressing internal quality review edits in coordination with the senior report writer.
- Learns to assists in preparing report revisions addressing client requested report edits in coordination with the senior report writer.
- Data Table and Graph Preparation o Learns to and prepares data tables and graphs.
- Learns to, drafts and quality checks data tables that were manually prepared or generated from LIMS software.
- Learns to and reviews data tables for accuracy.
- Scheduling Responsibilities
- Learns to and adapts to adjusted reporting schedules to ensure client expectations are met.
- Attends and learns to contribute to the prewriting meeting, as required

Minimum Required:

- Prefer at least 2 year of technical writing or data tabulation experience, especially in pharmaceutical research or life sciences
- Basic knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft® Office, especially Word and Excel; Adobe® Acrobat®)
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and organizational skills
