**About the department**
You will be joining the Global Finance GBS Bangalore team, which was established in 2007. Our department supports Accounting, Finance & Procurement, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Headquarters, Europe, North America, International Operations (IO), and GBS Bangalore. We strive to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to processes through standardization and efficiency.**The position**
As an Associate I at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Handle travel and expense auditing and related reporting. Support front office in assigned affiliates.
- Fulfil targets set by the Team Leader and Finance GBS Management. Audit travel and expense reports in the Concur system for assigned affiliates.
- Initiate and follow up with employees on any travel and expense policy infractions.
- Maintain 100% quality in all activities.
- Send monthly infraction reports on time with 100% quality and key actionable items. Perform as a backup when a team member is absent.
- Build good working relationships with stakeholders. Update and follow up on issue lists.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent).
- 1-2 years of experience in T&E audit.
- Experience working with Travel and Expense systems - preferably Concur Expense.
- Experience working with ERP systems - preferably SAP.
- Experience working within the Travel and Expense function in a global company.
