Key Deliverables-

- Oversee sales and business development efforts in MENA , GCC Region.- Exposure and experience in countries like UAE , Saudi Arabia , Oman , Qatar , Bahrain , Kuwait.- Identify and establish new revenue channels and business opportunities.- Develop comprehensive business plans and Annual Operating Plans (AOP).- Manage E-Commerce operations across the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia.- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient handling of all operations.- Handle shipments and manage clearance formalities with Customs House Agents (CHAs).- Conduct competitor analysis and formulate counterstrategies accordingly.- Map product pricing in various markets to align with local standards.- Monitor statutory regulations and ensure compliance with regulatory affairs.- Maintain a thorough understanding of modern trade and general trade channels.

Competencies Must Have-

- Proficient understanding of consumer goods brands, with a preference for experience in Personal Care, Beauty and Cosmetics. People having experience in Food category will also be considered.- Familiarity with the sales process specific to consumer goods.- Knowledge of broader commercial aspects related to International business/ exports like Inco terms, custom duty and taxes , shipping documents- Strong relationship with importers and distributors in target markets.- Experience in new market development.- Understanding of export documentation, export commercial practices, and Incoterms.- Understanding of documents required for registration of new products as per country statutory norms.
